Imagine a home where rustic elements seamlessly blend with luxury, spacious interiors bask in loads of sunlight, and a serene ambiance fosters family togetherness. Villa 430 by Moriq Architects is precisely that - a haven designed to bring the big joint family together while also providing personal spaces for each member.

A Modern Take on Joint Family Living

Earlier, joint family homes were a common feature in India, but they have dwindled over the years. Villa 430 stands as a testament to preserving the essence of familial bonds in a contemporary setting. Built on a massive 1900 sq yard plot, this residence cherishes family time and relationships.

Harmonious Design for Multi-Generational Living

As you step inside the residence, you are greeted by lush landscaping and a significant water body that plays a pivotal role in the house planning. The biggest challenge for the family was how to tackle the large linear shape of the plot.

The ingenious solution was to create an independent apartment studio home on the first quarter of the plot for the parents, providing them with a space of their own. On the first floor, identical rooms for the sons are interconnected to the main house by a bridge overlooking the main lawn and water body, creating an interesting feature.

An Oasis of Comfort and Connection

The heart of the home lies in the beautiful semi-formal living room with a bar that opens onto a massive lawn. An indoor courtyard separates the room from the formal dining area, ensuring a seamless connection to the outdoors. The living room is the favorite hangout spot for the family, thanks to a projector that turns the lawn's wall into a large screen, perfect for parties and the IPL season. This unique feature can be enjoyed from various points in the house, including the bridge that connects both houses.

Masterful Design and Unparalleled Comfort

The ground floor houses the informal living and dining areas, as well as a guest bedroom. As you ascend to the next level, you are greeted by identical master bedrooms that are fully functional, stylish, and sleek, complete with double-height ceilings and seamlessly integrated bathrooms. Classy wallpapers, handpicked curios, and even motorized sunroofs above the bathtub adorn these exquisite spaces. Additionally, the double-storied wardrobe space caters to the family's need for ample storage, considering the progressive nature of fashion trends.

Enveloped in Serenity and Creativity

Adjacent to the master suites, the first floor features a cozy seating area and the daughter's room. From a bunk bed and study table to a camp tent, it is a vibrant space adorned in pretty hues of pink. This floor also marks the beginning of the bridge that leads to the other side. Even this little walkway offers comfortable sofas, making it an ideal spot for evening tea with the family.

Aesthetic Brilliance and Timeless Elegance

When it comes to the interiors, this residence strikes a perfect balance between luxury and coherence. The flooring showcases a combination of high-end marble infused with locally polished limestone, while the furniture adds an international touch. The concrete finished walls proudly exhibit a large collection of art and knick-knacks, exuding a sense of harmony.
